Officially unveiled in February, the single-player RPG features a post-apocalyptic gaming world based on Las Vegas.
The PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 title is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment, which includes founding members of Black Isle Studios who worked on the first two Fallout games.
Last week, it emerged that the PC version of Fallout: New Vegas will require a mandatory install on Stream as part of an anti-piracy solution.
