3DS 'not suitable for youngsters'

According to Kotaku, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime said that youngsters' undeveloped eyes might not be able to handle 3D imagery.
"We will recommend that very young children not look at 3D images.
"That's because, [in] young children, the muscles for the eyes are not fully formed."
Fils-Aime added that the same warning applied to Nintendo's ill-fated Virtual Boy in the '90s.
"This is the same messaging that the industry is putting out with 3D movies, so it is a standard protocol. We have the same type of messaging for the Virtual Boy, as an example."
Nintendo's 3DS will allow gamers to experience 3D images on a handheld and is expected to be released in 2011.
