DTP Entertainment's upcoming adventure game Gray Matter has been given a release date, Joystiq reports.
According to creator Jane Jensen, the title will arrive on PC and Xbox 360 in October.
Blending elements of mystery and the supernatural, the storyline follows a reclusive scientist whose experiments result in visitations from his deceased wife. The game was previously given a vague Q4 launch date.
Jane Jensen is best known for her work on the Sierra point-and-click adventures of the 1980s and '90s. She has also worked in the casual games field and as a published novelist.
Gray Matter marks her return to the adventure genre after an 11-year absence.
