'RAGE' dated for next September

The announcement was made during this year's QuakeCon, where the game was shown running in 60fps on Xbox, PS3 and PC.
According to the developer, the title has been built using its new Tech 5 engine. It won multiple 'Best Of E3' awards when it was showcased at this year's event.
id's John Carmack previous stated that the game will not support motion technologies Move and Kinect as such hardware is a "novelty".
RAGE is released in Europe on September 15, 2011 and in North America two days earlier.
