Details of Telltale Games's Back To The Future episodic series have been revealed.

Christopher Lloyd will be lending his voice for scientist Doc Brown, the character he played in the original film trilogy, according to USA Today.

The developers are also working with Bob Gale, who wrote the screenplays for the films, as a consultant for the game's story.

It has been confirmed that the 1985 setting of Hill Valley will feature, as well as other time periods and character cameos.

Telltale Games has previously worked on episodic versions of Sam & Max, Monkey Island and Wallace & Gromit.

The studio is also developing a Jurassic Park game.
