15,000 users banned over 'Reach' exploit
Published Monday, Oct 4 2010, 09:44 BST | By Matthew Reynolds

A Challenge reset glitch has allowed players to dupe game servers by disconnecting their consoles to earn an additional 50k credits.
As a result, cheating players have had all their credits wiped and have received one-day bans.
It was insisted that there is a telltale signature for the glitch and legitimate shortcuts, such as tweaks in FireFight, won't be affected.
Furthermore Legendary Helmet downloads and Commendations will not be reset as a result of the credit wipes.
Halo: Reach was released last month for Xbox 360.
