The independent movie service has confirmed that the free application can be downloaded from November 3.
Users can either subscribe for £9.99 a month or rent individual films for seven days at £2.99 each.
Earlier this year, Sony told DS that the service will host premieres and film festival tie-ins exclusive to the PlayStation 3 platform.
The service will roll out across Europe next week, while a release date for Australia and New Zealand will be coming soon.
