Dead Money will see players work alongside three other characters to recover Sierra Madre Casino's legendary treasure, and will feature new areas and enemies.
Released on December 21 for 800 Microsoft Points (£6.80), it will available only on Xbox 360 as part of an exclusivity deal.
Fallout: New Vegas was released last month.
