A LittleBigPlanet spinoff game has been announced for PlayStation Network.

Sackboy's Perhistoric Moves is a stand-alone level pack designed for local co-operative multiplayer and will require a Move controller to play.

It will be available from December 15 for €5.99 (£5.10) and will be packaged with LittleBigPlanet 2 when it launches in January next year.

The title will also be free for PlayStation Plus subscribers to download from December 8.

Media Molecule also revealed a single-player demo for LittleBigPlanet 2 that will debut on December 22.
