'Gran Turismo 5' adds damage to online play

The 150MB mandatory patch will add the option to allow light and heavy damage for vehicles in online multiplayer, according to The Sixth Axis.
Polyphony Digital recently announced several updates coming to the game, including YouTube video uploading and an online experience system.
Version 1.03 is available to download now.
