Available next week, the update includes eight songs from the legendary country singer, including 'Cry, Cry, Cry', 'I Walk The Line' and 'Folsom Prison Blues'.
The studio has also confirmed that the Rock Band Free Pack 01 will be released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 editions of the game. The bundle comprises nine previously released tracks such as Abnormality's 'Visions', Anarchy Club's 'Get Clean' and Bang Camaro's 'Night Lies'.
The Johnny Cash Pack 01 and Rock Band Free Pack 01 are available to download from January 4.
