IGF 2011 finalists announced

Minecraft and Amensia: The Dark Descent lead the nominations with three apiece, and compete for the 'Seumas McNally Grand Prize' alongside SpyParty, Desktop Dungeons and Nidhogg.
Elsewhere Gaijin Games received two nominations for Bit.Trip Runner in 'Excellence in Visual Art' and Bit.Trip Beat in 'Excellence in Audio'.
Also announced were eight finalists for the 'Nuovo Award', which include one-button party game B.U.T.T.O.N. and Iranian president documentary The Cat And The Coup.
The winners will be announced on March 2 at a ceremony proceeding the 2011 Game Developer Conference Awards.
