'Duke Nukem Forever' given release date

Gearbox Software has told Game Informer that it will be available on May 3 in North America and May 6 worldwide.
First announced by 3D Realms in 1997, the first-person shooter was cancelled in 2009 before 2K Games and Gearbox Software rescued the project last year.
It will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
