'Black Ops' reported to Fair Trade office

Consumer rights group Gamers' Voice has claimed that Activision has breached the Sales of Goods Act 1979, which states that goods sold must be of "satisfactory quality" and "fit for purpose" at the time of sale.
Problems cited include sudden disconnections during online matches, the inability to join servers, and the freezing of the PC and PlayStation 3 versions of the game.
"Sadly this is not an exhaustive catalogue of issues people are having with his product," said an open letter on the Gamers' Voice website.
"We have been contacted by people not only in the UK, but across the world regarding these issues. As such we feel compelled to contact you in order to lodge a formal complaint against Activision UK Ltd. and its parent company Activision Blizzard, Inc."
Last month DS users expressed difficulty in connecting to multiplayer matches following the game's latest title update.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops was released last November.
