Atari has announced on the game's official forums that it is aware of connectivity issues involving multiplayer matches and downloadable content.
Players who are finding that pre-order cars are not appearing in-game should play offline to remedy the issue.
Access to the Casino DLC has been experiencing outages, and elsewhere, MyTDU2Life and Clubs are currently offline for maintenance and will go live early tomorrow morning.
Test Drive Unlimited 2 has topped the all-formats, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 charts since its release last week.
