International product manager Guillaume Cada told DS that "several songs" will be available through the in-game score at launch, including one iconic track.
"We can't say [how many tracks] yet because we're not completely sure," he said. "So we don't know yet, but you'll have several songs at launch from the in-game store.
"I can't say [what songs] right now, but you'll have a very iconic one from Michael Jackson. You'll see it's not the B-sides from Michael Jackson."
Cada said that Ubisoft has a "plan" in place for downloadable content, and will consider additional support if it's popular.
"If it's very successful from the very beginning, we'll have DLC and DLC and DLC," he revealed. "So we'll have to wait and see."
It was added that the store will only feature songs from Michael Jackson and will not be opened up to other artists.
DLC support for the Xbox 360 version of the game has yet to be confirmed.
Michael Jackson: The Experience will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in April. The Wii version is out now.
