'Uncharted 3's central villain revealed
Published Tuesday, Mar 8 2011, 18:15 GMT | By Matthew Reynolds
The central antagonist of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception has been revealed.
Katherine Marlowe is a leader of a secret society going back 400 years to the court of Queen Elizabeth I, according to PlayStation Blog.
She has a rivalry with Nathan Drake over the claim to Sir Francis Drake's ring, which also holds the key to a mystery.
"Marlowe is a much more cerebral enemy than Drake has confronted in the past, using both psychological and physical tactics to get what she is after," said community strategist Arne Meyer.
"Marlowe also has the assistance of her team of highly trained agents in this secret society - they are far more elusive and dangerous than the hired guns Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan have faced in the past."
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception will be available on PlayStation 3 in November.
