HMV to host official 3DS UK launch event

The chain will host events at its Oxford Street branch in London as well as HMV LiverpoolOne in Liverpool, according to Eurogamer.
Both events will begin at 11pm on March 24, with entry reserved to those on a first-come, first-served basis.
Also announced was a VIP event in London, which will be hosted by Russell Kane and will feature performances from Plan B, Hadouken and Parade.
Tickets for the exclusive gig will be available through a prize draw on the Club Nintendo website from today.
It was added that a further 100 HMV stores around the country will open at midnight to sell the handheld.
