'Dead or Alive Dimensions' dated for UK

Tecmo Koei's 3DS fighting game Dead or Alive Dimensions will arrive on UK store shelves in May, it has been announced.

The release of Dead or Alive Dimensions is a joint collaboration between Nintendo and Tecmo Koei. Nintendo will be responsible for sales, marketing and distribution of the game in the UK, while Tecmo Koei will remain the game's publisher.

Dead or Alive Dimensions is the first title from the Dead or Alive series to release on Nintendo hardware. The game features 25 characters from the series's history and uses 3DS StreetPass to trade AI fighters based on each individual's playing style.

It was previously revealed that the Metroid series is to feature in Dead or Alive Dimensions, with a stage based on Metroid: Other M.
