'Green Lantern' 3DS announced by Warner

Developed by Griptonite Games, the action-adventure title is being released to coincide with this summer's blockbuster movie based on the DC superhero.
Rise Of The Manhunters will take advantage of the Nintendo platform's stereoscopic 3D capabilities. A 2D edition of the game is in development for the Wii and standard DS. Double Helix Games is working on a different iteration for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Taking control of Hal Jordan, players take flight across the galaxy wielding the Green Lantern ring against the villainous Manhunters. The 360 and PS3 versions enable a second player to assume control of Sinestro.
Directed by Martin Campbell, the Green Lantern movie stars Ryan Reynolds, Mark Strong and Blake Lively. It arrives in theatres on June 17.
Rise Of The Manhunters is available from June 10.
