'Grand Theft Auto V' character outed?

A casting call for James Pedeaston, a character previously mentioned in GTA IV and GTA: San Andreas, has been posted by publisher Take-Two, according to Eurogamer.
Pedeaston is described as "a man-boy love activist who just got released from an Indonesian prison" in the casting call.
As Pedeaston was arrested in Grand Theft Auto IV by Indonesian police, it has been suggested that Grand Theft Auto V will be set in a later timeline.
Earlier this month, several cast members were advertised for the project, while previous rumours have said that it would be set in Hollywood.
Grand Theft Auto IV was released on multiple platforms in 2008.
