The first company, Intercept, is what Inafune refers to as his "new challenge for consumer game development".
Development at Intercept will apparently be driven by three key terms - originality, gravity, and beyond the age. These key terms inform the company's goal to create games that cannot be copied, have the power to move people, and can transcend generations.
The second company, Comcept, has a broader focus that includes books, movies and other media outside of games.
Inafune has scheduled a user press conference for April 4 in Tokyo, where first details about the two studios' projects are to be revealed.
