Dungeon Siege III lets players take control of one of four characters to embark on a rich story either alone or with up to four friends online.
For the first time the series will appear on consoles, with developer Obsidian faithfully adapting the action RPG for controllers from its mouse and keyboard roots.
Originally, Dungeon Siege III was scheduled to release in Europe on May 27 followed by a North American release on May 31. Square-Enix did not state a reason for the delay.
