'Cooking Mama 4' bound for 3DS

The virtual cookery simulation was outed when a listing for it appeared on US retailer GameStop's website.
Publisher Majesco Entertainment has already announced a swathe of other titles for the handheld system. It was previously confirmed that 3D-enabled editions of The Hidden, Face Kart: Photo Finish and Pet Zombies are in the works.
Developed by Office Create, the original Cooking Mama was released for DS in 2006. Several sequels and spinoffs were released in the ensuing years, some of which have appeared on the Wii and iOS devices.
The series faced controversy in 2008 when animal rights group PETA hit out at the use of animals in its recipes. The charity later praised Majesco's spinoff Gardening Mama.
Cooking Mama 4 will be released for 3DS in October.
