It shows Brazilian midfielder Kaka playing for Spanish club side Real Madrid, and it is assumed to be from the Xbox 360, PS3 or PC version of the game.
The first details for FIFA 12 were released in January, when developer EA Canada said it had a "enormous shopping list" of improvements following last year's FIFA 11.
New features are set to include better team AI, club loyalties, more fluid set pieces and reduced loading times.
FIFA 12 is expected for release this October on multiple platforms.
