The publisher confirmed that the survival horror game will now arrive on June 21, rather than June 7 as previously advertised, GameSpot reports.
Developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, the title is described as a "psychological action thriller" and a "vision of hell, taking gamers on a journey through a demented underworld".
The idea was conceived by Resident Evil mastermind Shinji Mikami and No More Heroes creator Goichi Suda, and is said to combine the development styles of both franchises.
Shadows Of The Damned was officially unveiled at last year's Tokyo Game Show, where its debut trailer was shown for the first time.
The title is in development for PS3 and Xbox 360.
