Originally slated for a release this month on PC and Mac, the game has been pushed back to a fall release to ensure that it lives up to expectations.
"The game's mechanics and storytelling have come together in such a way that we see great potential - so much so, that we feel we can push these elements to the next level if we spend some extra time working on them," said Telltale CEO Dan Conners.
As an apology for the delay, TellTale is offering a full refund as well as a free TellTale game to those who pre-ordered Jurassic Park.
Now scheduled for the fall, the PC and Mac versions of Jurassic Park will release alongside the PSN and Xbox Live Arcade versions. An exact release date in the fall has not been set.
