The repackaged titles will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 with a suggested trade price of £13.61.
It is yet to be confirmed whether the new editions will include any bonus content and be released in other territories such as North America.
Brotherhood is the third major entry in the stealth series, and the second to feature Ezio Auditore da Firenze. It was released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in November 2010, before arriving on the PC in March.
Ubisoft previously unveiled Assassin's Creed: Revelations, and confirmed that the game will serve as the third and final chapter in Ezio's story.
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Platinum and Classic editions arrive in the UK on June 17.
