The "key members" include Sam Houser, Dan Houser and Leslie Benzies - the president, vice president and producer of the Grand Theft Auto series.
Take-Two does not indicate when the new long-term employment agreements expire, but says the agreements were made on "substantially similar economic terms" to their previous agreement.
The announcement came as part of Take-Two's latest financial report, in which it was reported that revenue is up 49% from last year. Titles key to Take-Two's success included Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete and Borderlands.
Take-Two and Rockstar recently released L.A. Noire for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
