Subscribers to the monthly online service will be given access to a show that is "inspired by Call of Duty", according to The Guardian.
"We have engaged some top Hollywood talent to create linear video content that will be exclusive to Elite members," said CEO Eric Hirshberg.
Call of Duty: Elite will allow players to "connect" with the game series in the same way as passionate sports fans, he added.
Launching with Modern Warfare 3 later this year, the service will offer additional map packs, a Facebook-inspired social network and extensive stat-tracking tools.
Many features will be free to all users, while certain elements such as entertainment programming will be provided as part of an undisclosed monthly fee.
A closed beta with Call of Duty: Black Ops will debut the service this summer.
