Several announcements, including a fourth Halo game, have accidentally appeared on the official Xbox website ahead of time, according to NowGamer.
"The news millions of Halo fans have waited for: Halo 4 is on the way," it read.
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary was also outed, confirming long-standing rumours that a HD remake of the 2001 Xbox title was in development.
Kinect titles Dance Central 2, Kinect Sports Season 2 and Kinect Star Wars will also appear at the press conference.
New Fable and Alan Wake games have also been suggested to make an appearance at this year's E3.
Microsoft's E3 conference will start later today at 5.30pm BST / 2.30pm EST / 9.30am PST.
