Set during World War II, it follows four soldiers who face an "experimental Nazi army conceived in secret" while attempting to track down Adolf Hitler.
Brothers In Arms Furious Four will feature a four-player co-op mode, and players will be able to utilise "special weaponry and unexpected combat abilities".
"With Brothers in Arms Furious 4, Gearbox brings the action to a whole new level filled with unexpected twists and over-the-top battles that are sure to please new players and fans alike," explains Ubisoft's Adam Novickas.
It's developed by Gearbox Studios, the team behind the recently unveiled Aliens: Colonial Marines and Duke Nukem Forever released this week.
Brothers In Arms Furious Four is due to be released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in the first half of 2012.
