Star Fox 3D will be released in the US in September, while Kid Icarus: Uprising will hit the shelves "later this year".
Reggie Fils-Aime made the announcement during Nintendo's E3 press conference in Los Angeles.
Star Fox 3D will feature standard buttons and motion controls, as well as four-player multiplayer. It will also record the player as they play in order to capture their reactions.
Kid Icarus: Uprising will also feature a multiplayer mode. Players can choose their own weapons, such as swords or guns and partake in three-on-three battles.
The game will also make use of the handheld's Augmented Reality cards, which can be used to conduct battles.
