Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D's free soundtrack offer has been extended.

Consumers who registered the 3DS title on the Nintendo website in Europe and North America could apply for a free soundtrack CD.

However, technical issues over the weekend resulted in errors during the registration process, meaning that certain users could not submit their details.

As a result, Nintendo has extended the offer until June 30 and will be contacting all affected Club Nintendo members with another chance to supply their details.

Last week, pre-order bonuses from GAME, including a poster and special gold sleeve, were delayed as a result of a "packaging error".

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D was released last week in Europe and North America. In the UK, it debuted second in the all-formats chart.
