The latest edition of the popular Capcom fighter comes with improved multiplayer support and several additional characters.
Volt features Wi-Fi support, enabling two players to compete online. It also adds new fighters Balrog, Cody and Vega to the roster.
The game arrived on the App Store on Thursday at the introductory price of £0.59. However, its price will be hiked up daily until next Wednesday when it freezes.
Street Fighter IV arrived on home consoles in 2009. The game was ported to the iPhone the following year. Capcom has issued numerous DLC updates to support the iOS edition post-launch.
Street Fighter IV: Volt is available for iPhone and iPod Touch via the App Store.
