Xbox Live now features online cloud storage for profiles and saves, a report has suggested.

Gamertags are no longer restricted to a single Xbox 360 system and can be accessed from multiple consoles, according to Eurogamer.

Elsewhere, Xbox Live Arcade game saves are to be stored online. However, this is restricted to a limited and unconfirmed number of titles.

Announced at E3 2011, Xbox Live will be able to store all personal data online, including game saves, as part of a user update later this year.

PlayStation 3 users can upload their game saves to PlayStation Network as part of their PlayStation Plus subscription.

Sky Player on Xbox Live will be given a terms update and rebranding to Sky Go from tomorrow morning.
