Company president Mike Capps revealed that the innovative first-person shooter, which was developed by People Can Fly, failed to turn a profit despite offering AAA content.
"The studio has shipped AAA content. The next thing we do with People Can Fly will be great," he told Kotaku.
Speaking ahead of his keynote speech at next month's Games Developers Conference in Europe, Capps said that the company was disappointed with Bulletstorm's sales but had no regrets green-lighting the project.
Bulletstorm was released for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in February. The game, which topped the Xbox 360 chart on its release, features over-the-top weaponry and combat.
Players are rewarded for performing outrageous kills.
Despite receiving critical praise, Bulletstorm reportedly struggled to shift 300,000 units within its first month.
