Capcom will team with Sanrio to produce a "broad range" of merchandise featuring Hello Kitty dressed in Street Fighter costumes.
Details of the merchandise - and whether or not there will be a video game crossover - are yet to surface, but the new lines will launch in autumn 2012.
Capcom has been busy at this year's Comic-Con, unveiling Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 earlier this week.
The game will feature 12 new characters, including Strider and Ghost Rider, and is due to be released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 in November.
Capcom also released a new trailer for Street Fighter X Tekken, confirming the inclusion of Marduk, King, Hugo and Final Fight's Poison as playable characters.
