The PSP title, which is a remake of the original PSOne RPG, will be released alongside a special collector's edition.
Persona 2: Innocent Sin features "stylish visuals", a rumour crafting mechanic, and the series' trademark "dark, compelling storytelling".
This marks the first time that the game has been released outside of Japan, although Persona 2: Eternal Punishment was released in North America more than a decade ago.
The game takes place in a cursed area known as Sumaru City and follows a high school student named Tatsuya Suou, who must balance his social life and schooling with demonic encounters.
A PAL version of Persona 3, also published by Ghostlight, was released for the PSP earlier this year.
