The rapper's closing night performance at the gaming expo will be his first since the release of his latest album Watch the Throne with Jay-Z.
All attendees at the expo will be guaranteed a place at the concert, which will take place on Saturday, September 3.
Announced in June, Call of Duty XP will feature a $1 million tournament as well as smaller contests with real prizes.
Attendees can play paintball in a life-size recreation of Modern Warfare 2 map Scrapyard, as well as have the chance to run training ground The Pit for real.
Other attractions include early hands-on with Modern Warfare 3's multiplayer, the full reveal of Call of Duty: Elite's features, and a themed food complex.
Call of Duty XP will run on September 2 and 3 within the Los Angeles area.
