'Deus Ex: Human Revolution' debuts at top of all-formats chart

Deus Ex: Human Revolution has topped the all-formats chart in its debut week of release.

The Square Enix action role-playing game knocks previous number one Zumba Fitness down to second after ten weeks in the top spot.

Elsewhere, Rugby World Cup 2011 debuts in third, while Call of Duty: Black Ops re-enters the chart in fifth.
