The Rocksteady Studios title will be playable at the Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment stand throughout the pop culture event.
Arkham City is the sequel to 2009's critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham Asylum. The storyline sees Batman and Catwoman take on a range of villains from DC Comics' rogues gallery, including Two-Face, Hugo Strange, the Penguin and Mr Freeze.
The game is in development for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. It is scheduled for release on October 18 in North America and October 21 in Europe.
MCM Expo's organisers have also confirmed that the show's Comic Village area will be expanded by 50% following record demand. More than 100 comic creators are expected to attend this year's event.
MCM Expo London Comic Con 2011 takes place from October 28 to October 30 at ExCeL, London.
