EA has offered refunds to those dissatisfied with the title's graphics and lack of modes, according to Eurogamer.
The PC port, which is available to download for £29.99, has been labelled inferior to its console counterparts and slammed for its subscription-based multiplayer content.
Players who purchase the game are entitled to three months free membership to Tiger Woods Online, after which they must pay to access multiplayer modes and additional content.
The PC version was released on September 6, five months after the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii versions launched to critical acclaim.
