A Blizzard representative confirmed that the unannounced project will not be shown at the yearly convention, according to IGN.
The confirmation followed speculation from analysts that Blizzard would announce the game alongside a release date for Diablo III, which was recently pushed to 2012.
Project Titan is a "next generation MMO project" and is suggested to be released in late 2013.
Blizzcon 2011, which is to be headlined by Foo Fighters, will run from October 21 to 22 in California.
