Monster Hunter 3G has been dated for the European market.

Capcom's 3DS-exclusive will arrive in the territory in autumn next year, Official Nintendo Magazine has confirmed (via GoNintendo).

The Monster Hunter series has predominantly appeared on the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 in the past, though recent instalments have found their way to the Nintendo Wii.

Spinoff Monster Hunter Frontier was released for PC and Xbox 360 in 2007 and 2010 respectively. The iOS-exclusive Monster Hunter Dynamic Hunting debuted last summer.

Monster Hunter 3G was previously confirmed as one of the first titles to use the 3DS official analogue stick add-on.

Monster Hunter 3G arrives in Europe in autumn 2012.
