The LEGO sequel, titled LEGO Batman 2: Super Heroes, will feature DC characters Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern.
Rumoured for release in 2012, the poster was found by BrickTuts, who suggest that the game is likely to be released for all platforms.
LEGO Batman 2 could launch alongside next year's movie sequel The Dark Knight Rises, although it may also release in line with the new LEGO Super Hero toys, reports Eurogamer.
The new comic book-themed LEGO toys will be released under both the Marvel and DC licenses in 2012.
The original LEGO Batman: The Videogame was released in 2008. It has sold more than 7 million copies worldwide.
