'NeverDead' given February release date

NeverDead has been given a release date.
Konami announced that the horror-themed action adventure will be released on February 3 in Europe.
Co-developed by Rebellion Software, NeverDead sees demon hunter Bryce Bolzmann use his immortality to his advantage by detaching his limbs.
Bryce can use his amputated parts as weapons, such as throwing arms at monsters. He can also follow a dangerous attack by rolling around using his head as a last resort.

NeverDead is the brainchild of Shinta Nojiri, who was an assistant director on Policenauts and scriptwriter for most of the Metal Gear Solid series.
Nojiri said: "For NeverDead, we've gone all-out to change the approach the player takes in battle.
"Losing a limb is a mere inconvenience and Bryce's physical skills allow a wealth of ways to take out the enemy - from close-range combat, to throwing limbs into clusters of monsters and shooting them remotely!
"This adds a level of humour to the game that brings the world-weary main character to life, while players can revel in game worlds that are fully interactive and eminently destructible."
NeverDead will be released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
