Costing £54.99, Catherine: Stray Sheep Edition includes a replica Rave-T-Shirt that Vincent wears in the game, two Stray Sheep bar-themed coasters, and a "seductive" Catherine poster.
The contents of the collector's edition will be packaged in a pizza delivery box from the Stray Sheep Bar.
The Atlus-developed adventure game features a series of nightmarish puzzle stages based around lead character Vincent's guilt and fears.
Meanwhile, daytime sections see Vincent form relationships and make "heavy moral decisions" regarding long-term girlfriend Catherine and one-night stand Katherine.
Catherine is due to be released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in February.
