'Payday: The Heist' receives Steam update

Among other improvements, the PC version adds drop in-drop out multiplayer, which is available until games enter the 'point of no return'.
According to Gamers Hell, Christmas presents can also be found on all multiplayer maps, which unlock special Santa masks and mysterious surprises.
Artificial intelligence has also been improved, while visual settings and optimisations have been added to boost performance.
Payday: The Heist is a first-person shooter that lets players take part in bank robberies, prison breaks and drug ring infiltration in teams of four.
It can also be downloaded for the PlayStation 3.
