'Half Life 3' outed by voice actor?

According to OXM, a US-based voice actor claims to have recently recorded lines for Half Life Episode 3.
Valve has yet to clarify the rumours, and it is not yet known whether the voice actor is referring to Half-Life 2: Episode 3 or Half Life 3 itself.
The revelation comes in the week after a Valve employee was spotted wearing a Half Life 3 t-shirt.
Rumours surrounding the development of Half Life 3 and Half Life 2: Episode 3 began with the 2007 release of Half Life 2: Episode 2.
Valve co-founder Gabe Newell quashed rumours of a Half Life 3 reveal at E3 2010, while the company failed to make an appearance at this year's E3 event in Los Angeles.
Valve is currently known to be working on real-time strategy title DOTA 2.
